Clearwater Canyon Cellars is pursuing and 
realizing the goal of producing fine wine made from grapes grown in 
the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley. Join winemaker Coco Umiker as she leads 
us through a tasting of her wines, including:

2006 Tributary Viognier
2007 Lochsa Chardonnay
2005 Merlot
3 different barrel samples of 2007 Merlot
3 vintages of Malbec (2005, 2006, 2007)
3 vintages of Renaissance Red (2004, 2005, 2006)
2006 Carmenere

Small portions of appropriate dishes (including grilled shrimp, 
grilled vegetables, grilled beef and grilled lamb) will be served to 
showcase the wines with food. This is a one bottle tasting so seating 
is limited.  Hope to see you there!
