Along the Lewis and Clark Trail--a feast of regional cuisine and wines.

On May 14, 1804 the Corp of Discovery led by William Clark and Meriwether Lewis left Camp River Dubois on the Illinois side of the Mississippi and began their two-year journey to the Pacific Ocean and back. Over the course of those travels they crossed parts of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. On October 16, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. we will celebrate the bicentennial of this remarkable feat with a fabulous meal featuring regional cuisine and wines from the Heartland and Pacific Northwest. Put the date on your calendars, as it is likely to be one of the year’s best events.  The dinner is limited to 40 participants.  Cost is  $35.00 for members and $45.00  for non Members and includes all five courses and the accompanying wine.   Click here for a coupon.   Please call Peter Mika at  208-882-1862 for details.  PMika@uidaho.edu
